Taylor Josephson (Big Red)
Owner/Operator
Started the company January of 2020. Navigated through a pandemic followed by recession with only one thought in mind, supply the best work for a reasonable price to serve the customers the best we can. 2022 brought the company to a whole new level when making the jump to full time. Continues to grow the company and expand education in the field

Jaymi Josephson
Owner/Admin
You most likely wont see Jaymi on the job site but if you do, it will most likely be with a coffee in hand. She is typically working behind the scenes, helping with billing, mailing out letters and even answering the occasional phone call. Jaymi typically sticks to the admin side of things but has every now again jumped into the field to help with bigger projects when help is needed.
Cody Guyette
Laborer (since 2020)
All though only part time, Cody has been a huge part of the growth of the company. He has always made himself available whenever possible to help with bigger projects, and even spent most of the first year on the mowing team.
